Что бы этого не было, нужно сделать следующее.
Лудить паяльник – это просто
Очистите поверхность паяльника от загрязнений. Если на нем есть остатки старого лудка или окислов, удалите их с помощью абразива или специальных средств для чистки паяльников. Включить паяльник на нагрев и не дожидаясь полного нагрева, достаточно, что бы жало плавило канифоль.
Хорошенько обмажьте жало канифолью, это нужно, что бы на жале не было пленки, которая мешает прилипать припою.
После того как жало будет в канифоле, потихоньку начинайте плавить припой на жало. Если все сделали правильно, то припой будет хорошо прилипать к жалу, и вы сможете паять паяльником.
Подождите несколько секунд, чтобы лудок хорошо прогрелся и равномерно распределился по поверхности. Затем аккуратно удалите излишки лудка с помощью салфетки или тряпочки.
Готово! Теперь ваш паяльник готов к использованию. При пайке он будет надежно защищен от окисления, а также обеспечит хорошую передачу тепла на место пайки.
